2012 AGM
A reminder that the club's AGM is being held at 4pm on Sunday 24 June, upstairs in the #2 clubhouse.
 
Please come along as this year we have a vital decision to make on if we are willing to enter into amalgamation discussion with the Maranui club. (see below). We welcome views and a direction from all areas of the club membership.
 
Our constitution allows the following members to vote:
·          Every active (i.e. you have paid a subscription and are a patrolling., competing, official or committee) member 14 years and over

·          A parent of legal guardian may exercise a vote on behalf of a member under 14

·          Life members
